Our Quality Management System is certified to DIN ISO 9001:2000, which impacts all operational processes within our company - including how we manage our clients and training projects.
Our trainings are regularly evaluated and characterised by the following elements:
- Strong Customer Focus: No client and no training group is similar to one another. For this reason, our trainings are exactly tailored to suit our clients’ and participants’ needs: In preparation of each training, we intensively deal with their individual requirements.
- High Participant Focus: Our trainings are not restrained to pure knowledge transfer, but actively involve the experiences and backgrounds of our participants.
- Distinct Hands-on Approach: One of the greatest problems of training measures is the transferability of acquired knowledge to everyday work. Consequently, the practical applicability of acquired knowledge is very important to us. Our practice-oriented trainings improve our participants’ ability to perform and enhance retention and learning transfer to individual situations of everyday work.
- Up-to-date Methodic-didactic Knowledge: Our trainings comply with the principles of latest didactic research. The choice of learning formats and methods depends on goals, target group, requested content and specific requirements of our client. We use a range of methods, models and tools, which are all oriented towards real life situations.
- High Flexibility: We flexibly tailor our trainings to our clients’ needs. For special topics (e.g. Management Training Programme) we employ modular concepts, which can be applied individually or in a package.
