International Advanced Training Programmes for Multinational Participants


Since 1999 COGNOS International delivers one-month manager training programmes on behalf of InWEnt for participants of CIS-countries, as well as of Asian countries (India, China, Vietnam) now. InWEnt - Capacity Building International, Germany, is a non-profit organisation with worldwide operations dedicated to human resource development, advanced training, and dialogue.

To optimise their management competencies, participants receive a training consisting of expert seminars on topics such as management & leadership, communication, personal development or marketing. Another goal is to initiate business contacts to the German economy. To reach this goal, COGNOS International organises visits to private companies and trade fairs, and helps participants with the initiation of individual business contacts with German company representatives. An experienced tutor team supports the participants intensively during their stay – also during the cultural programme.
