- Our participant-oriented trainings have the goal to contribute to the development of competencies. This is always more than only the mere communication of knowledge: Participants have the possibility to analyse their own competencies and practise skills, which are important in everyday work.
- Content, materials and exercises address the needs, experiences and knowledge of participants. We ensure this by detailed briefings and interviews with our clients before the beginning of each training.
