

BMWi Manager Training Programmes Asia: India, China, Vietnam (2008-2010)
Since 2008 COGNOS International delivers the BMWi Manager Training Programmes Asia in Germany on behalf of InWEnt.
The goal of these programmes, financed by the Federal German Ministry of Economics and Technology, is to strengthen the external economic relations between German and Asian countries. The main focus of the programme is the acquirement of management know-how.
Target group and content:
The BMWi Manager Training Programmes Asia offer a mix of workshops, training courses and company visits to 18 till 25 managers up to approx. 40 years. On visits to companies, processes and functions of German small and medium sized company’s organisational units are presented. Doing so, we lay much emphasis on the communication of practice-oriented know-how, especially in the field of business cooperation.
Moreover, we support the participants to make individual contacts with German companies. Trainers and tutors help the managers to use the gained experiences for their companies in their home country.
